Bulk Tea Supply for Importers and Distributors
Reliable bulk tea supply starts with a clear specification, not a generic price list. We help importers, distributors, beverage manufacturers and food-service buyers translate commercial requirements into a sourcing brief that Chinese tea producers can quote and fulfil accurately.
What the service covers
- Tea selection: green, black, white, oolong, Pu-erh, jasmine, yellow and dark tea from suitable origins and production partners.
- Commercial specifications: grade, leaf style, flavor profile, harvest period, moisture target, packing format and target price.
- Sample coordination: representative samples for sensory review before the order is confirmed.
- Quality alignment: approved sample, specification sheet and batch checks used as the basis for production.
- Export preparation: carton marks, packing lists and shipment coordination based on the destination market.
Available supply formats
Bulk tea can be supplied in food-grade inner bags with cartons, sacks or other agreed outer packaging. The best format depends on the tea type, order volume, storage conditions and the buyer's repacking process. We confirm practical packing details before quotation so freight and handling costs are easier to estimate.
How a bulk tea project works
- Send the tea type, expected annual or trial quantity, target market and price range.
- We identify suitable origins and supply partners and clarify the specification.
- Samples are prepared for tasting and commercial approval.
- After approval, the order specification, packaging and delivery plan are confirmed.
- Production and pre-shipment checks are coordinated before dispatch.
Information needed for a quotation
Please provide the tea category, flavor or reference sample, target grade, quantity, preferred packaging, destination country and required delivery window. If the specification is still open, we can begin with several representative options at different quality and price levels.
